Sales Business Analyst (Tableau & Salesforce skill required)
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct data analysis, spotting data trends, performing gap analysis, generating reports, and recommending improvements to current business metric collection process
Produce and deliver tracking and reporting for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Design key dashboards and scorecards for Senior Leadership and Business Unit Team Leaders, Training Team, Quality Analysts, etc.
Perform ad hoc data analysis to support business initiatives
Address reporting and data related questions from the team
Seek opportunities to drive innovation and process improvement through data driven decision making
Own weekly/monthly/quarterly operating rhythms (pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs, business reviews).
Create agendas, pre-reads, action tracking, and follow-through to ensure decisions turn into execution.
Partner with Sales Leadership to define success metrics and operational expectations.
Identify operational bottlenecks (handoffs, approvals, deal desk dependencies) and propose fixes.
Ensure change management when new processes, policies, or tooling are introduced.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a reporting or analytics environment, with proven ability to deliver high quality and accurate reports within demanding timescales
Significant experience creating reports and dashboards within Google Sheets, Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau
Demonstrated ability to recognize reporting process gaps and recommend improvements
Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex quantitative analysis into actionable insights
Good operational rigor: ability to run cadences, manage stakeholders, and enforce process standards.
Excellent program management skills: timelines, dependencies, documentation, follow-ups.
This role involves work where accurate color recognition is required (e.g., reading color-coded data, creating data visualization, presentation deck etc)
