POSITION TITLE: Order to Cash Operations Senior Manager
WORK SETUP: Hybrid

Overall Purpose:
Support sales opportunities and delivery of the solution by leveraging Accenture’s full capabilities. Build client relationships in collaboration with the Client Account Leadership team. Lead the delivery service strategy across one or more client portfolios.

Responsibilities:
• Typically has a minimum of 12 to 20 years of experience doing similar work either at or outside of Accenture. Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge in an area of expertise based on experience, and act in an advisory role in meetings.
• OTC experience is required.


OTHERS:
Project Shift Schedule: Night shift
Project Rest Day: Weekend Off
Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5 to 10 years of supervisory experience
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in at least 1 of the following sub-processes:
1. Sales/Order Management
2. Billing
3. Collections
4. Deductions Management
5. Cash Application
