Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, making critical decisions, and providing solutions to enhance security operations. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that security measures are effectively implemented and maintained. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and assess security incidents, ensuring timely response and resolution. - Develop and implement best practices for security operations and incident management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) Platform Operations. - Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance standards. - Experience with incident response and threat analysis. - Proficient in security monitoring tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze security logs and generate actionable insights. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) Platform Operations. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
