Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex software systems.
- Familiarity with integration of manufacturing execution systems with enterprise applications.
- Skilled in coding, testing, and deploying custom software solutions within manufacturing environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
