The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by fostering innovation and ensuring cohesive integration across multiple domains.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of enterprise-wide architecture standards and best practices.
- Facilitate alignment between business strategies and technology initiatives to drive organizational transformation.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of designing and managing scalable network solutions that support enterprise-wide operations.
- Experience in integrating diverse network technologies to create cohesive infrastructure environments.
- Ability to analyze complex network requirements and develop strategic architecture plans.
- Skilled in evaluating emerging network technologies and recommending adoption strategies.
- Expertise in ensuring network security, reliability, and performance across multiple platforms.
