As a Data Management Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing the stewardship of an organization's data assets to ensure their quality and compliance. This role includes designing and implementing comprehensive data strategies that uphold data integrity and enforce governance policies. The practitioner establishes and maintains protocols for managing data securely, protecting sensitive information, and optimizing the use of data across various departments. Additionally, they provide guidance on data quality standards and develop effective compliance policies to support organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management practices with business goals.
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and documentation of data governance frameworks.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and data lifecycle management.
- Experience in designing and implementing data quality rules and compliance policies.
- Ability to develop and maintain protocols for data security and privacy.
- Familiarity with data asset management and optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity and regulatory adherence.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
