Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align project objectives with organizational goals, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within complex project environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration and decision-making.
- Capability to analyze and improve project processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
