- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica PowerExchange.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and experience with real-time data processing.
- Ability to design and implement complex data workflows and transformations.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing data exchange processes to ensure high availability and performance.
- Familiarity with database systems and data warehousing concepts to support integration tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Informatica PowerExchange.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
