As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires engaging in coding activities, refining existing applications, and collaborating within an agile environment to ensure the delivery of efficient and scalable software. - Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and performance.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API development within enterprise environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
