Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires careful planning of neural network configurations and overseeing the training processes using extensive datasets. The position demands collaboration with various teams to ensure the models meet performance and scalability requirements, while continuously refining architectures to enhance natural language processing capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and optimization of language model architectures to meet project goals.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and tuning neural network parameters for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies involving large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to analyze model performance and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with computational frameworks and tools used in developing and deploying language models.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
