Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Summary:
As a Cloud Services Engineer, you will serve as a vital link between clients and Accenture's operations teams, facilitating support and managing escalations. Your typical day will involve communicating the health of service delivery to all stakeholders, addressing performance issues, and mitigating risks. You will ensure that cloud orchestration and automation capabilities are functioning optimally, adhering to target service level agreements with minimal downtime. Additionally, you will conduct performance meetings to share insights on performance metrics and consumption trends, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on cloud service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud service management tools.
- Strong understanding of container orchestration and management.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving cloud infrastructure issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Kubernetes.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
