Project Role Description : Select and deploy appropriate cloud-native tools to accelerate application development. Knowledge of the target cloud-native tools is necessary, and this role can specialize in one specific native cloud, ex. Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.
Must have skills : Amazon Connect
Good to have skills : Java (Programming Language), Python (Programming Language), Node.js
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating and implementing cloud-native tools that best support and expedite the development of applications. This role requires careful selection of technologies aligned with the cloud environment to optimize performance and scalability. The engineer collaborates with various teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud solutions, continuously monitoring and refining the platform to meet evolving project needs and business goals. The position demands a proactive approach to leveraging cloud capabilities to enhance overall application delivery and infrastructure efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective cloud platform solutions.
- Continuously evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to existing cloud infrastructure.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving cloud platform issues to maintain high availability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on cloud platform best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java (Programming Language), Python (Programming Language), Node.js.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and deployment models.
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools within cloud environments.
- Ability to design scalable and secure cloud solutions tailored to business needs.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
