As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services focused on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes advising organizations on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value drivers. Additionally, the position requires developing and implementing advanced technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with strategic objectives and drive meaningful business outcomes. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and translate them into effective technology strategies is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology platforms.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that enhance enterprise capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise platform architecture and integration strategies.
- Experience in advising on technology cost optimization and value realization.
- Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology assets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on complex enterprise transformations.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
