Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems across various business system components to ensure operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change and update knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams will be essential for issue analysis and resolution, making your role pivotal in maintaining seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services. - Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch or ELK stack. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in cloud environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AWS Administration. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
