As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves engaging with various stakeholders to provide expert consulting services on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes advising organizations on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology-related costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements innovative technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable benefits across the enterprise.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology platforms.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assisting in their development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procurement.
- Strong understanding of enterprise platform architectures and transformation methodologies.
- Experience in technology cost optimization and value realization strategies.
- Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology assets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Capability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procurement.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
