Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline incident response processes to improve resolution times and minimize business impact.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and effective handling of critical incidents.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with incident tracking and reporting tools to document and monitor issue resolution.
- Capability to lead and guide teams during high-pressure situations to ensure timely incident resolution.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
