Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, facilitating discussions to gather requirements, and providing guidance to team members on best practices. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented and meet the needs of stakeholders. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of web development principles and frameworks.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
