What would you do? Role Description The requirement is for a dedicated support team to manage and coordinate critical components of business transformation initiatives. This team will play a central role in driving continuous improvement, ensuring business readiness, overseeing change management activities, and facilitating effective project coordination. Additionally, they will be responsible for engaging and aligning stakeholders across a range of strategic business projects to ensure successful implementation and adoption of transformative initiatives. Role overview CL9 Transformation role supporting business transformation initiatives and project coordination. Platform and software contact centers use to provide customer support. The quality and capabilities of the technology have a significant impact on both customer and agent experience, as well as contact center performance.
