What would you do? • The Channel Activation Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of channel strategies and ensuring seamless activation across multiple sales and distribution channels. • This role focuses on driving customer engagement, optimizing channel performance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives. • The Channel Activation Specialist ensures that all channel activities align with the overall strategy while maintaining a consistent and high-quality customer experience
What are we looking for? Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience • 3-5 years of experience in channel activation, sales support, or marketing. • Experience in managing multi-channel strategies and working with external partners. • Familiarity with both digital and traditional activation channels. • Proven track record of supporting successful campaigns and initiatives Skills & Competencies • Strong understanding of channel activation principles and best practices. • Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis software, and project management platforms. • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools. • Ability to analyze performance data and generate actionable insights. • Budget management and resource allocation skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and project management abilities. • Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. • Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and changing priorities • Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and relationship-building.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Support the implementation of channel plans, ensuring alignment with overarching business strategies and customer needs. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch and monitor promotional campaigns and initiatives within the designated channels. • Track and analyze channel performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. • Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and distributors to ensure successful activation of channel programs. • Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively to ensure the smooth execution of channel activities. • Gather feedback from customers and partners to identify areas of improvement and innovation in channel execution. • Provide guidance and training to channel partners to ensure alignment with brand and operational standards. • Ensure all channel activities adhere to regulatory requirements and organizational policies
