Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Design and implement effective business solutions that meet organizational needs.
Facilitate discussions to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes and systems.
Support the development of functional specifications and application designs.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Master proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
A minimum of 12 years of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Master proficiency in Business Model Strategy.
Master proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools.
Master proficiency in Business Process Design.
Qualification and Experience required:
•At least 5+ years of experiences in core banking implementation
•Strong knowledge of Core banking processes
•Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and lead cross-functional teams.
