We are looking for a Management Consulting Manager to join our team and share our passion for business transformation, with a focus on the CFO domain.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Building successful and fruitful client relationships with development towards sales opportunities.
Creation of and participation in business cases and sales opportunities including analysis, budgeting, staffing, client negotiations and deal closures with both old and new Accenture clients.
Delivering and successful finalization of projects including financial project results
Leading multi-level project team(s) of 10+ members including team management, coaching and providing regular feedback and solving exceptional situations
Coordinating multiple stakeholders and project parties in line with standards and agreed methodology
Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process.
Establishing short-term goals and strategic directions to achieve them
Constant communication and interaction with senior client representatives including C-suite.
Preparation of complex project documentation
Qualifications
We would like our applicants to have:
University degree (MSc / MBA related to Finance/Economics will be considered as a plus)
Fluent English and Czech/Slovak language (spoken & written)
5+ years’ experience in management consulting in the area of Finance
Good understanding of client business and the client’s industry (At least one Industry experience with deeper understanding of common challenges and current trends)
Expert level understanding of the Finance area, processes, concepts, best practices in the area of Transactional Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Enterprise performance management, Customer Finance, Revenue Assurance.
~ 4 years of functional experience with ERP solutions in the area of Finance and Accounting (such as SAP FI/CO modules, S4/HANA Finance, Oracle ERP)
Vast experience in sales opportunity identification, financial, material and personnel analysis, active participation in RfQ preparation including client negotiation rounds and talks
Leadership skills and experience in leading teams of 10+ members
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills including team motivation, conflict prevention and conflict solving and handling other extraordinary circumstances
Independent and prompt decision-making within given responsibilities while assessing both internal and external factors. High adaptability, agile thinking and ability to deliver alternate ideas in a short time span.
Ability to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility, predict potential problems and timely implement preventive measures
Knowledge of project methodologies and adherence to them as per project rules
Excellence in presenting complex ideas and outcomes in a clear and easy-to-understand way including verbal and visual presentation skills
Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable
