Job Description

Czech Technology Support team (internal support function) is looking for a convenient candidate for a ‘Customer Support Lead’ role (Prague-Chodov office). Main responsibilities of CS Lead are to ensure IT service delivery for locations under his/her responsibility, manage customer relationship and to lead a team of CS technicians.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct responsibility for leading of CS team in PRG-Chodov (people management, planning of trainings, motivation, engagement, task delegation, workload management etc.)

  • Responsibility for smooth provision of IT Services to end-users in facilities under CS Lead’s responsibility

  • Customer relationship

  • Coordination and support of real-estate projects (facility expansions, terminations, V&As etc.) and local/regional/global infrastructure projects and initiatives

  • Financial responsibilities (budget ownership, Capex/Opex planning, actuals monitoring etc.)

  • Process ownership

  • Vendor management

  • Overall responsibility for infrastructure and workstation security in locations under CS Lead’s responsibility.

Required knowledge

  • IT Service Management - intermediate

  • People management skills - advanced

  • Project management knowledge - intermediate

  • Financial management - basic

  • Technical knowledge of Windows 10 - intermediate

  • Knowledge of other Microsoft operating systems (including server

    OS) - optional

  • Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and commands - intermediate

  • General IS application knowledge - intermediate

  • Knowledge of networking (Cisco) and server infrastructure - basic

Other knowledge, certification and experience (non-mandatory)

  • Knowledge of workstation HW - basic

  • ITIL Certification (basic or intermediate level) - advantage

  • Previous proven experience on similar role - advantage

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize (and still keep positive attitude and motivate others)
