Accenture's Management Consulting workforce is involved typically in various projects of helping companies to improve performance through analysis of existing business problems and development of future plans. Management consulting may involve the identification and cross-utilization of best practices, analytical techniques, change management and coaching skills, strategy development or even the simple advantage of an outsider's perspective. Management consultants generally bring formal frameworks or company methodologies to identify problems or suggest more effective or efficient ways of performing business tasks.

We need people who are able to think out of the box, are creative and flexible, able to offer unique perspectives and conceive more innovative solutions for our clients.
Job Specification
Management Consultants work in project teams, which typically consist of 3 to 8 consultants led by a manager. The expectation is to have an active role in all aspects of the project: identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and helping to implement change. Early on, they are responsible for a well-defined part of their team's work. They are typically involved in discussions with, and presentations to senior client leaders. Our Managements Consultants are usually assigned to a project on full-time basis. Each project generally lasts for 2-6 months.
  • Proven track of successful delivery/participation of consulting projectsor delivery of relevant activities as part of workforce
  • Strong business & industry acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal skills is essential
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach
  • Ability to quickly become familiar with Accenture capabilities, offerings, internal organization, key people and processes
  • Geographic flexibility (namely Czech Rep., Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Poland)
  • Native Czech/Slovak and fluent English
  • University degree  (Bachelor degree minimum)
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Management Consultants must be able to work effectively at all levels of a project - with client team members, managers, and senior executives, interpersonal skills are a must. And because our mission is to help clients improve their performance, Business Analysts must demonstrate empathy and commitment to the clients they serve.
