Position Summary:

The HR Connect Agent resolves Accenture employee inquiries for his / her assigned portfolio / country in HR Connect field. The HR Connect Agent responds and resolves queries via phone and e-mail / service requests created through myRequests with a focus on service excellence and professionalism. 

Essential Functions of the Job:


1. Clarify the needs of the employee, answer inquiries, educate and bring to the resolution within specified SLAs and KPIs.

2. Follow up customer requests and check resolution where necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Escalate questions / situations to respective tiers.

4. Improve/update HR Pedia & DWI, any HR Connect documentation, based on analysis of requests received from employees and / or information provided by local HR teams.

5. Remain updated with latest supporting applications, HR procedures and programs and business updates across Accenture.

6. Perform any projects/activities assigned by the Team Lead / Supervisor.


7. Exhibits a positive can-do attitude and approach to responsibilities; meets new challenges and changes with an open mind; demonstrates commitment to the job.

8. Work effectively with other departments in the service centers and local teams to ensure query resolution and escalate queries as required.


9. Think creatively and make innovative suggestions that improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, internal controls or customer service.

10. Assist execution and implementation of process improvements in the team previously approved by Team Lead / Supervisor.
