Overall Purpose of Job

 

Team Lead leads the HR BPO team, supervises the team’s actions and provides support in daily operations. S/he liaises with Client on global level, our second delivery team if necessary; and other business units in line with her/his duties. Team Lead is also responsible for creating regular and ad-hoc reports, completing operational analysis, organizing and running of regular monthly review calls with Accenture and client representatives, and works closely with Service Delivery Lead to ensure that contractual SLAs/KPIs are met. S/he will also initiate, review and drive innovative processes to the service delivery. S/he will share best practice with other Leads and manage the professional growth of her/his team members.

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

• Manages the process of HR BPO team operations, its analysis and review calls (internal/external)

• Managing a team of 10+FTEs

• Ensures that the contractual SLAs/KPIs are met

• Communicates and cooperates with the other teams; share the best practices

• Actively seeks opportunities for Continuous Improvement

• Participates in additional critical tasks for the unit

• Follows-up on global & regional actions

• Develops high quality client relationship and shares experience

• Takes responsibility for professional development and growth of the team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience/Proficiency in team management

• Strong ability to build and enhance professional relationships with client and the team

• Good analytical and process oriented thinking

• Proficient English skills - high command of both written and spoken language

• Very good communication and presentation skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office suite

Education/Qualifications

• Experience in team leadership
