This will be your future role:

The CRM Agent resolves Accenture employee inquiries for his / her assigned portfolio in the designated CRM field. The CRM Agent responds and resolves queries via Siebel requests created through myRequests (internal platform for employee´s queries) with a focus on service excellence and professionalism.



This is what you already have:

  • You have the experience with professional communication
  • You are not afraid of challenges
  • You have team player spirit
  • You exhibit a positive can-do attitude and approach
  • You are a Polish speaker and have Polish at least on B2 level
  • You have English on advanced level
