The Sourcing Execution Senior Analyst will work as a key member of the Travel Category Teams on the Accenture Internal Account. Within this position the candidate will be responsible for sourcing projects and SRM with the guidance of the EMEA Category Lead as well as independently managing tactical sourcing and contracting projects in the Travel category. With a degree of existing procurement knowledge in Travel, this position will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to further develop his/her specialized skills within the Sourcing and Category Management profession. While we are committed to category specialization, there could be a requirement to focus on other categories/retrain in future, i.e. if the nature of Accenture spend or how we approach it changes. 
  • Independently manage low value, tactical sourcing projects in Travel, especially Hotels category
  • Manage suppliers through all aspects of the RFx process
  • Engage with customers to drive and communicate progress
  • Manage contracting process with the support of Legal Counsel to ensure appropriate contractual terms are implemented with all suppliers
  • Work closely with the EMEA Category Lead to ensure alignment of local activity with the global category strategy
  • Validate new suppliers for Israel and work with local team to make sure the appropriate agreement is closed with Accenture T&C
  • Analyze Israel Spend in all categories to identify potential S&CM opportunities
  • Improve SUMP
  • Establish contract templates for Israel in main categories.
  • Support delivery and tracking of cost savings and other agreed targets
  • Gain exposure to all aspects of Travel Categories sourcing process
  • Expand and enhance supplier and customer management skills
  • Improve project management discipline
  • Deepen category-expertise and knowledge to advance career development
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent English language skill plus any additional major European language
  • Previous Procurement experience of at least 3 years
  • Experience sourcing or spot buying in the Travel (Hotel) Services category is strongly preferred
  • Good project management skills and ability to organize own work
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of procurement operations and procurement systems such as Radix and Ariba Sourcing is a plus
