Purpose of Job:

Guiding users over the phone and processing of purchase requisition tasks. Solving issues arising in connection with procurement processes in Accenture and client`s tools. Candidate will be responsible for learning business processes related to client specific needs and interfacing with vendors. Apart from this, candidate will support team supervisor and Team Lead in non-operational activities.


Job description:

Purchase requisition

• Processing of incoming Purchase requisitions


• Processing of Spot buys


• Updating and maintaining category card instructions


Additional tasks may also include:


Assisted buy desk


• Guiding users over phone


• Resolving incoming queries from customers


• Processing requests to add new suppliers to the purchasing system


• Resolving invoicing issues

Skills, knowledge & experience:

• Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build strong relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers or customers on a regular basis)

• Analytical mindset


• Background in procurement or logistics will be an advantage


• Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word and Powerpoint will be an advantage


• Fluent Swedish (written and spoken)


• Advanced English (written and spoken)
