Manage products through the product development life cycle using Agile Scrum methodology.
Gather business requirements and prioritize features, understand customer needs, gather and define product requirements, features, and functionality. Negotiates and mediates product prioritization within stakeholders.

Creates user stories and detailed acceptance criteria for each story, conduct a sprint refinement and collaborate with scrum team members to ensure product features are delivered according to specifications. Build and maintain an effective and groomed backlog providing clear requirements for new initiatives and enhancements.

Work closely with the Product Design UX team to bring engaging user experiences to life.
Take a hands on approach to UATs and product deployment activities.
Participates in Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, and weekly call with the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, prioritize, and maintain an effective and groomed backlog providing clear requirements, based on business value and risks.

  • Strong analytical understanding and ability to describe and communicate the vision, expectations and preferences that end users has of the product, processes or roles being developed.

  • Negotiate and mediate to manage conflicts within an organization regarding planning and prioritization.

  • Create and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog of work regularly throughout the project s life cycle.

  • Discuss the expectations and the pain points of the product with the business users.

  • Define the goals of Sprints and Releases.

  • Regularly connects with the business users and sponsors to keep a check on business priority.

  • Represent the end users to explain clarify the requirements to the team and provide feedback on the stories developed. Revisit and update Management Plan during Sprint 0 as necessary. Communicate Management Plan changes to all affected stakeholders.

  • Ensure that the Product Backlog contains enough items to be developed, at all times.

  • Collaborate with the Scrum Master to coordinate project schedules.

Required Experience

  • Advanced English

  • Product owner experience 6 years or proven experience gathering requirements for software development life cycles.

  • Full software lifecycle knowledge.

  • BSc Degree in Management, Computer Science, Technology or Engineering.

  • Certification CSPO, PSPO, POPM, APM, SAFe or similar .

  • Extensive knowledge of a product delivery model from inception to execution.

  • Comfortable creating content from scratch to tell the product story.


  • Proficient communication skills verbal written .

  • Proficient negotiation and mediation skills.

  • Good listener
