Job Description

The SMB/B2B Sales Specialists will be part of an Inside Sales team that works with Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) portfolio to adopt advertising solutions on our client’s platform. The Sales Specialists will be responsible for the optimization and upsell of digital advertising campaigns to achieve sales revenue targets.

●          Manage a book of small to medium sized business, assisting in the development and optimization of digital advertising campaigns with responsibility for growing revenue

●          Upselling and leveraging business from new and stablished customer relationships to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels (chat, email, and phone)

●          Maintaining and expanding your pipeline of business prospects from the given portfolio

●          Participating fully in training sessions, skill building & professional development

●          Maintaining and meet a quarterly sales quota

●          Demonstrate the value of client’s SMB advertising solutions

●          Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for all self-service products

●          Help SMB clients drive results via their marketing campaigns through consultation, education, and support

●          Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience and drive higher product adoption and spend

●          Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients

●          Provide vital product insights and feedback from SMB clients

●          Conduct video conference calls with clients during consultation

●          Champion and produce success stories for customers who have had success in growing their business by using our products to grow their business

●          Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend performance enhancements

●          Articulate and update clients on newest ad products and developments

Qualifications

Requirements Excellent communication and presentation skillsMinimum 1 years of sales experience in networking business to business, SMB customer segment.Solid knowledge of Sales management and b2b sales pipeline managementFamiliarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as MS Office, MS Teams, VPNs, etc Fluency in English is required
