BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
QA
analyst
is typically responsible for the testing of the transactions of F&A – STP
and TEC processes delivered to meet the deal or client standards. Duties
include identifying whether functional processes are reliable and meet the
client Service Level expectations.
QA resources require to hold keen attention to details with strong analytical
and problem-solving skills.

A professional at
this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
- Perform quality check/ analysis
by performing daily testing of transactions performed by the delivery
teams
- Perform root cause analysis of
errors and create action plans and preventative measures to improve delivery
resources’ performance
- Facilitate weekly meetings with
data to report top errors/ error trends
- Generates daily, weekly, and
monthly reports in a timely and consistent manner
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of
processes and related systems to effectively perform daily
responsibilities
- Support team lead in monthly
tasks, such as reporting, error analysis, and process document updates
- Demonstrates confidence when
completing new or difficult tasks assignments
- Raises quality and or scope
issues
- Assists team lead and delivery
team leads in the creation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for
Team Members not meeting expected production or quality targets, monitors
program for a defined period
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
& KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Min 2 years
of demonstrated work experience in F&A - STP, TEC processes
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle,
Salesforce, SAP, etc.) would be an advantage
- Good understanding of Source-to-Pay,
Travel Expense Cards (TEC), particularly, knowledge of payment methods,
Time & Expense audit and letters of credit

success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Proven
ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving
environment
