The AP and Procurement Helpdesk agent is responsible to manage and administer accounts payable and helpdesk requests on the procurement tool tracking system bugs, reporting and procure to pay services.


Key Responsibilities


  • Responsible for assisting supplier with any queries, perform queue management and perform other tasks in accordance with the DTP
  • Maintain communication during production using relevant tools and ensuring smooth transitions when change or maintenance is required.
  • Resolve/assign Tickets; Drive to root cause resolution for issues.
  • Support other supplier enablement initiatives in line with our mission
  • Adherence to client’s policies and procedures



Qualifications

 

Required Experience

  • Advanced English

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience  

  • Excellent communications skills required, AP and Procurement domain experience preferred

  • Basic computer knowledge of MS Office to include Excel (V-LOOKUP)

  • Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office

  • Preferred background with experience in accounting systems, particularly SAP ERP, Oracle Financial Systems 

  • Invoicing experience in an IT Company 

  • Strong communication skills

  • Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills. Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team. Able to work under time pressure, able to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Positive attitude and flexible, especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end closing

  • Must be a good team player and be able to communicate easily with Accenture, Client and third parties staff at all levels
