Job Description

The UI UX Designer UX collaborates with the internal cross functional team to translate approved test hypotheses into User Experience UX design variations necessary to support the test plan.

Responsibilities:

Design and prototype digital experience designs in support of client approved test hypotheses. 

Communicate with the team developers, analysts, project product managers to help solutions come to life. 

Iterate on designs based on evidence gained from user feedback and test results.

Qualifications

Requirements:

1-3 years with UX UI design, preferably in an online marketing  (Direct to Consumer)  &  e commerce environment is preferred.  

Portfolio of digital work that demonstrates an understanding of design principles, and UX best practices. 

Strong understanding of design principles, like typography, balance space.  

UI Design using industry leading tools like Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Prototyping via industry leading tools including InVision. 

Working knowledge of A B testing.  

Experience designing for high touch clients.  

Working knowledge of HTML CSS. 

Familiar with UX standards for eCommerce and technology marketing funnels. 

Attention to detail, self motivation, and ability to keep on task. 

Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.

Academic background:

Graphics Design/Digital Animation Degree or related fields from an accredited university. Experience in Graphics Arts industry (Design or Photo Studio/Agency environment) or similar background.
