The Audiovisual Producer conceptualizes complex communications and marketing campaigns for video and audiovisual products as animations, communication campaigns and other creative assets. Also, executes production and post-production activities for video as: direction, technical tasks and everything related with video/audio editing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicates and enforces best practices related to workflow and tools.
  • Suggests improvements to video production workflow and planning process.
  • Produces quality communication concepts for advertising, and communication campaigns, which meet the technical and conceptual needs of the client.
  • Manages the user interface (UI) design concepts for the concepts and video proposals.
  • Understands the visual design philosophy.
  • Provides creative direction, creating templates/styles for client brands that junior teammates follow.
  • Creates accurate time estimations of Audiovisual Production tasks.
  • Delegates and oversees campaign and video production executed by graphic designers.
  • Supports Creative Lead in the creation of a visual design strategy.
  • Executes and/or supervises the design and production of graphics for information visualization, learning activities and other areas as required.
  • Performs Quality Assurance on its own and teammates' communications and video deliverables.
  • Creates original creative ideas from created comps sent by the client or made for Creative Lead.
  • Develops scripts and story boards for videos and animations.
  • Works with the Creative Leads to ensure that the design meets the strategy and creative goals as defined in the requirements across campaigns and video materials.
  • Mentors of internal and product teams on Audiovisual Production approach.
  • Executes post-production activities for video and audio videos and animations including: motion graphics, color correction, editing, simple animation and mix of motion elements as needed.
This position requires 5 to 7 years of experience in Audiovisual Production.
  • Understands, can analyze own concepts and respectfully critique other teammates work in terms of fundamentals (typography, composition, color theory, layout, balance, etc.) and universal interaction principles.
  • Is able to write down creative proposals and concepts that will be translated into visual design and videos/animations. Knows and manages script and story board formatting.
  • Keeps current on new video and animation techniques and technologies, recommending changes as appropriate.
  • Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite tools.
    • Required: After Effects, Animate, Final Cut, Premier and Audition.
    • Preferred: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  •  Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office tools:
    • Required: PowerPoint, Word and Excel (intermediate)
  • Advanced knowledge in video production processes: shooting, setting, light and audio setting and directing.


  • Experience taking ownership of projects.
  • Understanding of digital production workflow.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS or JavaScript.
  • Experience with 3D rendering, motion graphics or working with video a plus.

Academic Background

Audiovisual Production/Digital Animation/Graphic Design degree or related fields from an accredited university.
