Job Description
- Relationship Management: Develop strong relationship with target client C level to drive business insights, align teams, grow market, as well as to bring Accenture’s integrated value proposition to the client.
- Demand Generation: Facilitate and execute demand generation activities. Educate new offerings, assets, and differentiations to increase win rate and grow sales.
- Sales Origination: Through effective industry-specific value selling, conduct sales origination activities, generate account sales plan, execute on these opportunities, etc.
- Client Alignment and Engagement: Work with client account leaders, and connect across Accenture different entities the right SMEs with the right opportunities, developing strong strategies and ability to execute successful sales cycle.
- Pipeline Tracking & Reporting: Maintain ownership of reporting from internal sales system, integrate this to timely and accurate reporting for leaders.

- 推动创新交易构建和解决方案发展业务。
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years selling professional services, business consulting and technology consulting deals in a senior solution, sales management and/or bid management capacity.
- Solid 2B Enterprise Sales or BD track record, capable of industry value selling with Japan clients’ C-level, familiar with enterprise business needs, IT and technology trends; Experience building relationships with and selling to C-level executive clients.
- Be able to identify and sell integrated solutions and services, including business consulting, information technology, data analytics and operational services.
- Successful proven track record against multiple million-dollar sales target
- Must have Consumer Goods & Services / FMCG Industry experience;
- Excellent Japanese communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Effective negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills
- Flexibility to accommodate client and project travel requirements.
