Job Description

Create and execute project implementation plans and suggest alternatives where problems are encountered in the original plan
Define roles responsibilities and jobsplit within project scope
Manage day to day operational aspects of projects implementation
Arrange project relevant appointments
Project coordination between VGC, Germany, JVs, 3rd party vendor and implementation team.
Apply quality control practices knowledge transfer, work packages
Update on progress or issues arising during project implementation via regular meetings and written status reports
Provide on the job training to key users and support associates
Coordination between VGC, WOB, JVs and 3rd party vendors
Setup and monitor project KPIs

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

Must have Project Management E1 connected service knowledge
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 year working experience in automotive industry
Proven Project Management skills, including but not limited to Project Planning, Project Execution and Controlling, Quality management, Risk Management and so on.
Preferred experiences of Automotive industry project management, which related with online services, vehicle connectivity, infotainment services
Familiar with End to end testing planning, procedures, software release and version control, deployment processes etc.
Ability to explain complex technical problems to clients and third parties
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage conflicts
Rich experiences on presentation and project status reporting
Fluent communication skills in both English and Chinese, German, written spoken
