Finance Process Associate-GEM

Daily process:

• Expense report
• VRD communication, bgt loading, template preparation, template submission
• A&P system: data maintenance, including setting up user ID, maintaining cost center, foreign exchange rate, loading budget, extracting reports from system, providing PR information and etc.
• Working with IT department to solve system issue
• Communication with marketing/HR team on daily information providing.
• Cost center management: creation, extension, block on GFP tooling.

日常流程：

1.费用报告

2.VRD沟通、bgt加载、模板准备、模板提交

3.A&P系统：数据维护，包括设置用户ID、维护成本中心、汇率、加载预算、从系统中提取报告、提供PR信息等。

4.与IT部门合作解决系统问题

5.与市场营销/人力资源团队就日常信息提供进行沟通。

6.成本中心管理：创建、扩展、基于GFP的模块化工具。

Month-end& Q-end Closing Process:

• Month-end closing: allocation, reclassing, accrual, reverse.
• Quarter-end closing: allocation, reclassing, accrual, reverse, VRD submission
• Closing checking, working with accounting to investigate variance

月末和Q月末结账流程：

1.月末结账：分配、重新分类、计提、冲销。

2.季度末结账：分配、重新分类、应计、冲销、VRD提交

3.结账检查，与会计部门合作调查差异
