Job Summary

The Travel Service Analyst is responsible for performing travel compliance related processes for Global wide, reconciling monthly travel agency accounts, processing travel reports, administrating travel programs, providing internal group travel services and point of contact services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct travel airfare compliance checking of Global wide and answer relating enquiries.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of travel agency accounts and follows up action items.
  • Assist with preparation for regular reports to analyze employee expenditure and industry spending related to travel services.
  • Interpret and enforce Travel Policy and related procedures.
  • Update Databases following receipt of termination notices and other relevant information changes
  • Processing travel reports
  • Assist team leader in new process transition.
  • Support business travel services queries and phone extension.
  • Ad-hoc works

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • University degree or equivalent higher education qualification (preferably in English, HR or Business related disciplines)

Professional Qualifications

  • Customer-oriented
  • Good team player
  • Strong organizational, administrative skills
  • Ability to manage own workload and adjust priorities to work efficiently and meet deadlines. 
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of Accounting/reconciliation is preferred
  • Understanding of Business travel operation is preferred.  

Work Experience

  • At least 2 year experience in Travel customer services, shared service, HR or relevant fields
  • Multi National Corporation experiences preferred
