Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Co-create with clients, articulate digital transformation and drive innovation agenda for clients. Internally connect the necessary dots/content together for client story telling.
- Help originate deals based on defined commercial pathways; Drive innovative deal construct and solutioning to grow business.
- Understand the business, priorities and leadership agenda of clients and shape solutions.
- Align the right teams or capabilities to enable (sell and deliver) successful transformation/innovation solution.
- Join project delivery team with a key role and take responsibility of some deliverables. Transfer successful delivery to new sales.
- Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client through an in-depth understanding of clients as well as industry.
- Build networks at Accenture to bring the best of Accenture to clients
Qualifications
Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in High-tech, Software & platform, Internet industry. Experience of working in/with consulting firm. Experience of working with C-level executives of client organizations will be preferred.
- Deep understanding of corporate strategy, topline growth, business model and operation model innovation.
- Solid understanding on clients’ needs and buying behaviors.
- Self-motivated, good communication skills and interpersonal savvy.
- Flexibility to accommodate client and project travel requirements.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
