Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall project strategy offerings and communicate with clients’ C-level stakeholders to fully satisfy and drive client brand growth.
  • To direct and control account operations and give strategic guidance and direction to the senior management team, so that the office, along with the wider business, achieves its mission and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a large scale team (up to 50+) to ensure the stable operation of projects. & be responsible for the quality of the output generated, and be able to judge strategy and creative output.
  • Combine and develop data-driven, customer journey transformation and digital marketing strategy to build overall business transformation for clients to drive business growth,
  • Create high level and detailed level requirements specifications for major and minor projects
  • Generate business requirements and use cases which documents business needs, rules and details
  • Able to lead client conversations with locals and foreigners independently
  • Maintain timely communications to business stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensure common understanding of the requirements and the impact to the business area


Qualifications

Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of digital marketing with agency leadership experience.
  • Luxury automotive experience strongly preferred, other automotive experience welcomed.
  • Hands on approach with a high level of attention to operational execution, whilst able to delegate appropriately.
  • Demonstrable aptitude and comfort with change management, having worked in fast paced, high pressure and rapidly changing environments.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and influence employees.
  • High energy level, with demonstrable ability to coach and guide cross-discipline teams.
  • Familiar with local marketing ecosystem, able to help global brands to go localized.
  • Solid and proven full-cycle marketing skill of brand, campaign and creative strategy.
  • Exposure to customer journey transformation, data-driven would be a plus
  • Excellent strategic thinking with entrepreneurial spirit, flexibility with change management.
  • Good communication and story-telling skill.
  • Strong client facing skill, with ability to establish credibility and influence among the client team.
