Job Summary


Serves as the reporting and data scientist/analyst contact for Global Leadership, Partnership Development Directors and Ecosystem Sales Directors, providing guidance, support, and expertise for operations processes and tools to improve productivity and increase focus on driving metrics programs.  Based on acknowledged expertise, provides feedback to the input of the improvement, implementation and maintenance of Operations Support Model especially on reporting and data analysis.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide acknowledged expertise and guidance to global requestors of Alliance Metrics
  • Work with Ecosystem Alliance Operations and Sales team to provide reporting assistance and data analysis
  • Work with other Ecosystem Alliances groups and teams to process metric tracking
  • Work with PMO in other TE&P Platforms (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Cloud First) to run coding program
  • Assist Ecosystem Management Leads to forecast, control and track metrics
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reporting and penetrations
  • Run Ecosystem Services Reporting function to provide global wide supports to Ecosystem & Ventures
  • Supports Ecosystem Management Lead by proactively communicating issues and status regularly to Operations Lead
  • Complies with and fully understands metrics related policies and requirements
  • Complies with and fully understands Operations Model related policies and procedures
  • Works effectively within and contributes to a team-oriented environment 
  • Data Scientist and Data Analyst background are preferred
  • Strong computer skills in Excel Micro, VBA, QlikView and Tableau are preferred

Relevant studies/qualifications (business/executive administrative) would be an advantage

  • Work Experience:         

Typically has minimum of 3+ years of experience,finance background are highly preferred
