Job Summary


The role is responsible for managing accurate and timely financial results on behalf of the Accenture Enterprise Enablement (AEE) Organization. This incorporates the annual and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring implementation of the AEE economic models, business case management and monthly financial reporting. The role is responsible for the co-ordination with the China Finance Lead & other cross-functional teams within/outside the region.



Key Responsibilities


-        Responsible for the execution of the monthly closing, pre-close financials for AEE China Region

-        Responsible for the execution of the monthly financial reporting framework and consolidated reporting results for their region

-        Support the Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecasting processes for their region

-        Support Financial Business Cases preparation related to internal AEE Initiatives and/or Leadership Initiatives

-        Collaborate effectively with the other members of the AEE Global Finance team across the locations as well as with capability & team leads and support them in managing their financials & forecasting.

-        Work & Coordinate with cross functional teams on Headcount monitoring, efficiency initiatives, ad-hoc analysis etc.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Operations: An understanding and awareness of Shared Services operating models and the customers that our service delivery organizations support in order to operate effectively and to be able to provide the business advice to the leadership team and their customers on all financial related matters. 



Professional Skills:  Advanced MS Excel Skills (VBA knowledge +), Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent Oral and written Communication (English skills), SAP experience preferred.




-        Education: Degree Level Educated (ACCA, Finance and Accounting preferred);   

-        Necessary Work Experience:  + 2 Years Finance/Management Accounting experience and/or relevant Accenture Accounting experience.
