the Talent and HR strategy and solutions in the New Digital world for our clients, testing it with the client, laying out the journey to achieve the solution and engaging with the various parts of Accenture to bring the most appropriate part of our organization to the delivery. Through the delivery of the program / projects, the Talent and HRT Director will guide the solution and lead the program to ensure its success across multiple dimensions; Business, IT, Schedule, Cost and Integrity.

Professional experience & qualifications
At least 12 to 20 years’ experience in Talent Strategy, HRT and Organisational Change consulting, with specific exposure to some of the following areas:
Relevant knowledge and practical experience in HR operating model design / implementation, HR assessments, and HR GBS modelling.
Worked in large HR transformations focused projects leading teams in detailed process design, HR organization modelling, and HR Service Delivery model design.
Track record in selling large integrated Talent and HR solutions involving transformation (process, OD, PMO), HR technology, and HRO services.
Knowledgeable and/or familiar with cloud based HRMS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud) as well as how new digital, analytics and AI solutions can optimise Talent & HR models.
Led the transition and solution deployment for complex Consulting / HR Outsourcing integrated programs.
HRT deployment experience with senior level of exposure to transition/deployment planning, design/execution, and business readiness / adoption.
Able to lead business case analysis for Talent & HRT programs.
Lead design teams for specific HR processes and/or service delivery model projects using our Accenture leading practices, with an emphasis on HR Shared Services and enabling technology.
Lead team(s) working with clients and Accenture SMEs to design and deliver future-state HR organization models/structures, skill requirements, and job descriptions.
Experience working within the CMT industry, is highly desirable.
