Job Description
 
Marketing Consulting professionals help clients develop feasible business solutions to marketing strategies, client service tactics, service & marketing channel planning, etc.; they have the ability to schematize and execute projects, efficiently cooperating with relevant marketing sections.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility; in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives required for scenario analysis.
Participates in setting strategic directions to establish near term goals for area(s) of responsibility.
Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture to negotiate or confer on critical issues.
Has latitude in decision-making, including determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
Manages team or personal work (if in an individual contributor role) at a client and/or within Accenture.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• Rich experience in Marketing
• Deep understanding of Customer Marketing & Omni-channel Management 
• Rich experience in customer management, marketing management and client service management.
• Ability to make targeted analysis on complex client contexts and provide solutions.
• Rich experience in professional data (customer segmentation, customer differentiation, etc.) analytics
• Ability to apply professional analytical software and analyze relevant data according to project needs
• Ability to efficiently communicate with management levels at a client, understand client needs and provide proper advice
• Ability to make business travels when needed
• Resource industry background is preferred

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
