Main Role: Manage the delivery of eCommerce Managed Services projects
Job Scope
  • Manage the delivery of eCommerce Operations and Digital Marketing projects, ensuring that project can hit its KPIs in new customer acquisitions, sales orders and customer service
  • Provide leadership to the project team of Analysts
  • Ensure consistent high quality of project deliverables
  • Drive value creation, thought leadership and innovation in project team
  • Engage and manage mid-level clients who are directly involved in the project, as well as broader client stakeholders
  • Manage project financials to ensure delivery is executed on time and on budget
  • Manage 3rd party marketing service providers (e.g. agencies) for execution and operation.
  • 6 – 8 years of working experience in eCommerce/Website Operations with exposure to Digital Marketing and Web Development
  • Track record in driving business performance of eCommerce/Website operations and achieving target KPIs in new customer acquisitions, sales orders and customer service
  • Experience in production of management reports in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word formats
  • Industry experience in Telecommunication industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Experience in leading of eCommerce engagements from Strategy, Consumer Research, Digital Media Planning to eCommerce Operations and Website Optimization. 
  • Working experience in either Consulting, Agency or In-house Digital Marketing Department.
  • Proven leadership skills in leading with cross functional teams in Marketing and Technology
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Enjoys working in an open and agile environment
