AI Products GTM Lead

 

Profile/Role Description

 

We’re looking for a self-driven professional who is deeply passionate about the intersection between digital, marketing, and technology, to lead our go-to-market for in China. The role covers the rapidly evolving Products Industry, and includes Retail, CGS, Life Sciences, and Airlines, across digital experience design, digital content, digital commerce, and digital marketing. You will be a digital professional that excels in innovative thought leadership, with great communication and presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders, with a firm grasp on the complexities of running a digital business.

 

As GTM lead, your task is to qualify and drive new business opportunities, providing deep domain expertise and leadership to solution, support stand-up and service of our client engagements and be the though leader in innovating our service and market development.

Your Main Responsibilities Include:

 

        Lead in shaping Products industry digital opportunities with clients and internal stakeholders

        Lead in innovating and bringing to market new digital offerings

        Lead proposal and solution development for new business opportunities

        Drive and support the definition and execution of go-to-market activities to bring Accenture Interactive offerings to the market

        Have the pulse to the market and clients, to define expectations/best practices around offering and ensure offerings are compelling and relevant

        Lead or participate in client meetings

        Maintain a solid understanding of emerging digital trends and Accenture Interactive offerings

        Own the business development lifecycle: client engagement, opportunity shaping, solution development

        Engage with client stakeholders to lead mobilization efforts on client engagement

        Contribute to a positive work environment that influences high employee engagement   

        

Basic Qualifications

        8+ years experience as a digital professional, with business development and consulting experience

        Solid track record of deal shaping

        Solid understanding of digital value chain (experience, content, commerce, marketing) in respective industries. Naturally fluent in digital business models, digital technology

        Deep experience in at least 2 of the following industries: Retail, CGS, Life Sciences, Airlines/ Travel

        Track record of shaping digital initiatives that combine innovation, technology, content marketing etc.

        Demonstrable credentials of shaping solutions encompassing all facets of digital

        Experience with end-to-end digital project management

        Superb written and verbal communication skills.

        Compelling presenter

        Team player with the ability to accomplish results and lead teams

        Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

        Ability to work in a global team environment

        Thrive in high energy, high profile environments

        Bilingual in Chinese and English

        

Ideally The Candidate Should Possess The Following

  • Demonstrate solid industry client relationships at the C-Level
  • Superb presenter/ public speaker
  • Thought leader, able to bring new thinking and help solve client problems
  • Startup experience is a plus
