Campus Recruitment, Event and Employer Branding Internship

Your opportunity has arrived! The Accenture Recruitment team is on the lookout for a dynamic intern to become part of our team.

What you’ll do

As a Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding Intern, you’ll jump right into the fast-paced and creative world of recruitment and campus engagement — where every day brings something new to learn and achieve.

From day one, you’ll play a key role in how we connect with future talents and represent our culture across Belgian campuses. Your internship will be diverse, hands-on, and tailored to your interests.

Here’s a taste of what you can expect:

  • Event Management & Campus Engagement:
    Bring energy to our campuses by helping organize and run recruitment events, workshops, and career fairs. You’ll be part of the full process — from brainstorming ideas to execution on the day of the event.

  • Employer Branding:
    Work on creative campaigns, social media content, and communication initiatives that showcase who we are and why people love working with us.

  • Recruitment Support:
    Get a behind-the-scenes look at talent acquisition by helping identify, connect with, and guide students and graduates through their first professional steps.

  • Project Ownership:
    This internship isn’t just about following instructions — it’s about taking initiative. You’ll manage your own mini-projects and see their real impact on our campus strategy.

  • Tailored Experience:
    Because this role is so broad, we’ll shape it around what you love most — whether that’s event planning, communication, data insights, or HR operations.

You won’t be doing this alone — you’ll be part of a fun and supportive BeLux Recruitment Team, working closely with me and others who’ll make sure you learn, grow, and enjoy the ride!

Your background

  • You’re not afraid to try new things, take initiative, and bring your own touch to every task — whether it’s planning an event, creating content, or improving how we engage with students.

    You thrive in a diverse, dynamic team and love collaborating with people from different backgrounds and cultures.

    Here’s what else helps you shine in this role:

  • You’re fluent in English, and you can express yourself in French and/or Dutch.

  • You’re currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field (we value motivation and creativity more than a specific major!).

  • You’re available for a 12–15 week internship during your academic year (first or second semester).
