  • In S&C GN - Data & AI you will understand the importance of sound analytical decision-making, how each task contributes to the overall project objectives, execute projects that contribute directly to business performance improvement and utilize Generative AI to unlock new possibilities.

What would you do in this role:

As an AI Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and adoption of Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions, combining deep technical expertise with consulting leadership to deliver business transformation.

  • Define and drive enterprise-level data, context, and orchestration strategies for building scalable Agentic AI systems.
  • Oversee advanced data integration, governance, and quality initiatives, ensuring reliability of inputs for autonomous workflows.
  • Architect and lead the development of multi-agent solutions, orchestrating specialized agents to solve complex business challenges.
  • Design and oversee end-to-end agent workflows and orchestration pipelines, embedding best practices for scalability, monitoring, and resilience.
  • Guide deployment and optimization of AI systems using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure enterprise readiness and lifecycle management.
  • Evaluate and improve system performance across trust, accuracy, automation, and decision-making, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Engage with executives and cross-functional stakeholders, positioning Agentic AI as a driver of innovation, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Create executive-level presentations, demos, and roadmaps, clearly communicating opportunities, risks, and adoption strategies.
  • Leverage technical platforms including FastAPI (modular APIs), GCP Vertex AI (deployment & orchestration), and Databricks (large-scale workflows) for end-to-end solutioning.
  • Mentor and develop consultants and analysts, fostering hands-on expertise in Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph).
  • Shape internal accelerators, methodologies, and playbooks to scale Agentic AI adoption across consulting engagements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative & Agentic AI, ensuring solutions reflect cutting-edge practices and enterprise adoption patterns.

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or related field with an excellent academic record.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Data Science/ AI, with significant consulting or enterprise experience.
  • Strong expertise in Python and SQL, with proven experience in Generative AI and applied Agentic AI orchestration.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph).
  • Practical experience with FastAPI, GCP Vertex AI, and Databricks for scalable deployment, modularization, and large-scale modeling workflows.
  • Demonstrated success in leading AI projects from design to enterprise deployment, including orchestration-based or multi-agent solutions.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI architecture, orchestration, and monitoring.
  • Exceptional communication, executive engagement, and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate advanced AI into business strategy and ROI.
  • Proven track record in managing consulting projects, including solution architecture, resource planning, delivery governance, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and experimentation.
  • A deep passion for staying at the forefront of Agentic AI innovation and applying emerging practices to enterprise-scale problems.
