Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior System Analyst  & Developer & Senior Developer to support the environment and infrastructure needs of AML systems in the Comp Tech domain. The candidate will play a key role in supporting AML application environments, performing basic scripting and development, and assisting with integration, monitoring, and system maintenance. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in system support and technical operations in Unix/Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Junior System Analyst

  • Support the setup, configuration, patching, and maintenance of AML application environments (Unix, Linux, Windows).

  • Assist in connectivity setup and troubleshooting across application, database, and middleware layers.

  • Develop and maintain automation and support scripts using Unix shell, Bash, or PowerShell.

  • Perform database queries and maintenance using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

  • Support backend components and simple development tasks in Java.

  • Monitor and manage job schedules using tools like Control-M.

  • Support data transfers and integrations using SFTP, Connect:Direct, and IBM MQ.

  • Collaborate with teams for deployment, troubleshooting, and incident management.

  • Use version control tools such as Git, Bitbucket, or Aldon for code and release tracking.

Senior Developer

  • Lead environment setup and maintenance for AML applications, including installation, patching, and performance tuning across Unix, Linux, and Windows platforms.

  • Develop automation scripts for system management, deployments, and monitoring using Shell, Bash, or PowerShell.

  • Design and support backend components using Java and PL/SQL.

  • Manage and monitor AML environments hosted on Oracle databases and WebLogic servers.

  • Ensure smooth integration with middleware and external systems via SFTP, Connect:Direct, IBM MQ, and Control-M.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure and compliance teams for environment readiness and issue resolution.

  • Use version control and release management tools such as Bitbucket, Git, and Aldon.

  • Contribute to compliance readiness and audit requirements by maintaining proper documentation and adhering to change controls.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Scripting & Automation: Unix Shell, Bash, PowerShell

  • Programming: Java, PL/SQL

  • Databases: Oracle SQL, MySQL

  • Operating Systems: Unix, Linux, Windows

  • Environment Management: Installation, connectivity setup, patching, updates

  • Middleware & Scheduling Tools: Control-M, SFTP, Connect:Direct, IBM MQ

  • Version Control: Git, Bitbucket, Aldon

  • Application Server: Basic understanding of WebLogic and VMs

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with AML/Compliance products: NetReveal, Actimize, Ficrosoft Continuity, Tookitaki

  • Knowledge of AML/KYC, Transaction Monitoring (TM), FMF, and MLS

  • Banking or financial services experience, preferably in Group Compliance or Risk IT

  • Exposure to CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube

  • Basic Python scripting knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • For Junior System Analyst & Developer : 3–5 years of relevant experience in a system analyst or technical support role

  • For Senior Developer : 6–9 years of hands-on experience in application support, environment management, and compliance platforms

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment
