Roles and Responsibilities: •• In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility • Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach • The person manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Lead and coordinate deployment of NPI projects using structured project management methodologies. • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Collaborate with global teams to standardize processes and ensure compliance. • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Prepare and present project status reports and dashboards to leadership. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and share lessons learned across teams.
